Return & Exchange Policy
Every Bulltagz item is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we can only accept
returns or exchanges if there is an issue with the product itself.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect,
we’ll replace it or refund you — no hassle.
To start a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the problem
We’ll take care of the rest.
What We Can Replace or Refund
We’ll gladly fix:
- Misprints or poor print quality
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size shipped (our error)
- Damaged items
- Lost packages
If any of these happen, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
What We Cannot Accept as Returns
Because each item is custom-printed when you order it, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- “I don’t like the color/fit/design”
- General preference changes
Please double-check your size before ordering.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we can offer a
one-time discounted re-order, but the original item does not need
to be returned. This keeps things simple and fast.
Final Sale Items
Any item marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or
Limited Edition cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or
defective.
Processing Time
Once your claim is approved, replacements are typically shipped within
3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
